If you have permalinks enabled, just tag /feed/ onto the end of the URL to your category.

I've got the rss feed to import over, but not completely. Only the first entry is imported, and it comes through somewhat messy, not at all like how it should look...

The best way, but not the easiest, is to export just those posts from the database and then import them, totally skipping the RSS feed.
